Yes. There’s no long-term contracts so you’re free to cancel anytime. It’s my goal to build long-lasting relationships with my clients, so I hope that you’ll continue using my services as long as they benefit you.

If you cancel, all related services will be terminated at the end of your term. Your website will be taken offline and no longer accessible. If you chose a domain, your domain will remain active until it’s expiry date. You can continue to renew your domain, if you wish, at it’s standard pricing.

You can keep your website for no extra charge only if you have maintained at least 90 days (or 3 months) of service. If you choose to cancel before you reach 90 days of service, you can keep your website by paying a buyout fee. The buyout fee is calculated by taking the number of days remaining and multiplying that number by $6.50.

So for example; if you have 30 days left before you reach the 90 day mark, you would be charged a $195 buyout fee ($6.50 x 30 days) if you wish to keep your website. You would then own the website outright and be able to do with it, whatever you please.

*The buyout fee does not include website hosting, which will be needed (whether ordered through me or someone else) to actually host and run the website.

No. You cannot use your existing hosting account. In order to provide top-notch service, along with the various maintenance and strict quality control measures, I’ll need to utilize my own servers.

Yes. If you already have a domain, you can use it. You can either leave your domain with it’s current registrar or transfer it to me. If you transfer your domain to me, I will cover renewal costs as long as your service is active. If you cancel your service, you will be responsible for renewal costs of the domain when it’s time to renew.
